Processing Time
At PocketFans, we know collectors want their items quickly and in perfect condition. Our goal is to ship the same day for orders placed before 12:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday. However, please allow 1-3 business days for processing to account for order volume, product verification, and secure packaging. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 10–14 business days (varies by country)
Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Actual times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier has picked up your order.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or certain international destinations. If you’re unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
International Orders
International shipping is available. Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are not included in the purchase price and will be billed directly to you by the carrier or local authorities. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.
