At PocketFans, collecting has always been more than a hobby.
It's a shared passion that connects fans, sparks nostalgia, and celebrates the
stories behind every card.

The roots of PocketFans trace back to 1998, when our founder
first began collecting Pokémon cards by cutting out miniatures from Lunchables
packaging. Those early days of discovery and excitement grew into a lifelong
appreciation for the hobby. By 2010, collecting had become a competitive
pursuit, and by 2020, the binder pages had turned into shelves filled with
hundreds of graded cards.

But along the way, something in the community changed.
Mystery boxes and repacks began flooding the market. Too often, they left
collectors feeling disappointed or taken advantage of. We believed there had to
be a better way. One that offered real value, authenticity, and an experience
collectors could trust.

That belief sparked the idea behind PocketFans. Built by
collectors, anime lovers, and longtime industry professionals, our team came
together with a simple mission: to create a product that feels special in every
box. Drawing on over a decade of experience in the anime and voice acting
space, we set out to develop something completely new - officially signed, rare
cards paired with undeniable proof of authenticity.

Each PocketFans Collector Box includes a hand-signed
holographic card, a video of the exact moment it was signed, and a digital
archive to preserve that moment forever. This isn’t just a product. It’s a
tribute to the fans, the characters, and the people behind the voices we’ve all
grown up with.
